Bluebeam is a US-based construction technology company whose Revu and Studio products are a de facto standard for digital plan markup, takeoff, and document control on commercial construction projects. Architects, engineers, and contractors use Bluebeam Studio sessions to co-edit drawings in real time, run quantity takeoffs, and route punch lists and submittals through structured workflows. Bluebeam Cloud extends these workflows to mobile field teams. Owned by Nemetschek Group, Bluebeam has hundreds of thousands of paid users and is often deployed alongside Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud as the trusted plan-collaboration layer in mature construction PM stacks.
