privacy policy

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We care about your privacy at AMW Group Inc. ("AMW", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and our software products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described in this policy — for example, with service providers acting on our behalf, where you have given consent, where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

Information We Collect

When you browse our website we may collect standard usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers). When you contact us, request a quote, or create an account, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, company, and the contents of your messages.

Cookies

Like many websites, AMW Group Inc. uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you do.

If you visit our website from the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we show a cookie consent banner the first time you arrive so you can choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply to you, we honour the rights those laws give you (see "Your Choices and Rights" below). The banner lets you:

• Accept all cookies – enables analytics and marketing cookies that help us improve our services and show relevant content.

• Reject all non-essential cookies – only the essential cookies needed for the website to function are used.

• Customize your preferences – choose which categories of cookies (analytics, marketing, or both) you wish to allow.

Your cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser and remembered for future visits. You can change them at any time.

Software, Accounts, and AI Features

AMW also provides software products (such as our CRM, Proposals, Funnels, ClientHub, and the AMW Suite). When you use these products, we process the account information and the content you and your team put into them in order to provide the service to you, on your instructions. As between you and AMW, the data you put into the apps is yours; we process it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate drafts, summaries, and recommendations. To produce these outputs, the inputs you provide may be processed by AMW and by trusted third-party AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Google User Data

When you connect a Google account to AMW Scheduler, we request four permissions: your free and busy times, the list of calendars in your account, the events on calendars you own, and your account’s email address. We use your free and busy times, across the calendars you have switched on, so your booking pages only offer times you are available. We use the events permission only to add meetings booked through AMW Scheduler and Out of office entries you set in AMW Suite to your primary calendar, and to update or remove them when a booking is rescheduled or cancelled. We read no email, no files, and no calendar event details.

We store the access tokens Google issues us, encrypted, along with the connected account’s email address and the IDs of the events AMW Scheduler creates. Data moves between Google and AMW only over encrypted connections, and access to our systems is limited to the AMW staff who operate the service. Free and busy times are read when availability is calculated and are not stored.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties, except as needed to provide the calendar features you use, to comply with the law, or with your consent. We do not create aggregated or anonymized datasets from it. We do not send it to any AI or machine learning service, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train AI or machine learning models. AMW staff do not view your calendar data except with your permission, for security purposes, or as required by law.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Calendar page in AMW Scheduler, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored tokens and connection details straight away. To have any other related data deleted, email info@amworldgroup.com and we will confirm once it is deleted.

AMW's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Connected Social and Business Accounts (AMW Content Factory)

AMW Content Factory lets you connect social and business accounts so AMW can publish and schedule the posts you approve and show you how they performed. You choose which accounts to connect, and you sign in on the platform’s own page. AMW receives an access token from the platform and never sees your password. If you are a client of AMW, you can connect your accounts from your ClientHub portal, and AMW publishes to them only the posts you approve.

What AMW receives from each platform, and what it does with it:

  • Facebook: your Facebook user ID; the name, ID and profile picture of each Page you manage; and a Page access token. AMW publishes to the Pages you choose and reads post metrics (impressions, reach, reactions, clicks, new Page likes) for the posts it published.
  • Instagram: the ID, username and profile picture of each Instagram professional account linked to your Pages, and the linked Page’s access token. AMW publishes to the accounts you choose and reads post metrics (likes, comments, impressions, reach, saves, shares, follows) for the posts it published.
  • YouTube: your channel ID, channel name and channel thumbnail, and access and refresh tokens. AMW uploads the videos you approve and checks that the connection still works.
  • Google Business Profile: your Business Profile account names and IDs, each location’s name, address and primary category, and access and refresh tokens. AMW publishes posts to the locations you choose.
  • LinkedIn: your member ID, name and profile picture, the name and ID of each Page you administer, and an access token. AMW publishes to your profile or the Pages you choose.
  • X: your user ID, @username and profile image, and access and refresh tokens. AMW publishes the posts and images you approve.
  • TikTok: your TikTok user ID, display name and avatar, access and refresh tokens, and, at publish time, your account’s available privacy settings. AMW publishes the videos you approve with the settings you choose.

For every platform, AMW also keeps a record of each post it publishes for you: the post ID, its link, and whether publishing succeeded.

How AMW uses it. AMW uses this data only to provide Content Factory to the workspace that connected the account: publishing, scheduling, checking that connections still work, and reporting results. AMW may use performance patterns from your own workspace’s Facebook and Instagram posts (for example, which post formats earned more saves) to guide the drafts that AI features write for that same workspace. Those patterns are used only for your workspace, are never shared with another customer, and are never used to train AI models. Data received from Google (YouTube and Business Profile) is never sent to an AI service.

Sharing. AMW sends content to a platform only when you publish or schedule it there. Data from connected accounts is processed by AMW’s hosting, error-monitoring and AI providers only to run the service. AMW does not sell data from connected accounts or use it for advertising.

Google data. The Google User Data commitments above, including the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy , apply to YouTube and Business Profile data in Content Factory too. Content Factory uses YouTube API Services: by connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service , and Google’s use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy .

Security. Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are only ever sent to the platform that issued them. Connected-account data is kept separately for each workspace and travels to and from the platforms over encrypted HTTPS connections.

How long AMW keeps it. Access tokens are kept while the account is connected. When you disconnect an account, AMW cancels its access with the platform and erases its tokens straight away. Within 30 days of disconnecting, AMW deletes the rest of the data it received from that account: account names and pictures, post metrics and connection logs. AMW keeps its own record of the posts it published for you (the post ID, its link and whether publishing succeeded) with your workspace’s history. If you reconnect the account within 30 days, nothing is deleted.

Removing access and deleting your data.

  • In AMW Content Factory or your ClientHub portal: choose Disconnect on the account. AMW cancels its access with the platform and erases the stored access tokens immediately.
  • Facebook and Instagram: remove AMW under Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Facebook notifies AMW, and AMW erases your tokens automatically.
  • Google (YouTube and Business Profile): remove AMW at myaccount.google.com/permissions .
  • LinkedIn, X and TikTok: remove AMW from the connected apps in your account settings.
  • Full deletion: email info@amworldgroup.com with the subject “Data deletion”. AMW deletes the data it holds from your connected accounts within 30 days and confirms by email. Instructions are also at content.amworldgroup.com/data-deletion .

Posts already published stay on the platform, where you can delete them yourself.

Mobile and Messaging Information

We use reasonable measures designed to protect the information you share with us. We do not share mobile phone numbers collected for messaging with third parties for their own marketing. You can opt out of our messaging at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Third Parties and Service Providers

We use third-party providers to run our website and software — for example, hosting, analytics, advertising, payment processing, email delivery, and AI model providers. These providers process information only to perform services for us. We may also share aggregated, de-identified statistics (which do not identify you) for analysis. If AMW is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will note it in this policy.

When you connect a social or business account to AMW Content Factory, the platforms that issued it (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X and TikTok) receive the content you publish, under their own terms and privacy policies.

International Transfers

AMW is based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of it, or to object to certain processing. You can make a request by contacting us, and we will respond as required by the laws that apply to you. We may need to verify your identity, and some requests may be limited by legal exceptions.

You can disconnect a social or business account at any time from AMW Content Factory, from your ClientHub portal, or from the platform’s own settings, as described in “Connected Social and Business Accounts (AMW Content Factory).”

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and software are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age set by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention for data from connected social and business accounts is described in “Connected Social and Business Accounts (AMW Content Factory)” above.
