Payment Policy
Full payment must be made before any campaign starts. The client's campaign will not begin until payment is received. If payment is not received by the deadline, the campaign start date may be delayed.
TCPA Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and/or text messages from AMW Group Inc. regarding your inquiry, services, promotions, or other relevant business communications.

Recurring Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy
All campaign fees are non-refundable once the campaign has started. If a client cancels before the campaign starts, a store credit may be issued minus a cancellation fee, subject to approval.
Subscription Management
For self-managed campaigns, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the client dashboard. For manual requests. Please allow up to 3 business days for changes to take effect.
Campaign Suspension
If payment is not received by the deadline, the campaign may be suspended until payment is received.
Once payment is received, the campaign will resume, but the original deadline may be adjusted.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our services, returns are not applicable. However, if you believe there was an error in billing or service delivery, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
Conflicts and Undermining Activities
During the term of your engagement with AMW Group Inc., you agree not to engage in any activity that conflicts with or undermines the services we are providing. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Engaging another agency or individual to perform similar services without prior written consent.
• Taking actions that contradict or interfere with the strategy, messaging, or campaigns being executed on your behalf.
• Publicly discrediting or misrepresenting the work being done by AMW Group Inc.
If such activities are discovered, AMW Group Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the campaign immediately without refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services, termination of your account, and collection efforts for any outstanding amounts owed.
AMW Group Inc. reserves the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be unjustified, and may provide documentation of services rendered to your financial institution.
