Easy Projects by Birdview is a Canadian work and project management platform aimed at mid-size marketing, IT, and professional services teams that need more structure than lightweight PM tools but less complexity than Workfront or Planview. It combines Kanban boards, Gantt charts, resource loading, time tracking, intake forms, and customizable approval workflows with portfolio dashboards and AI-driven forecasting. Marketing operations teams use it to centralize creative requests and route them through review, while IT PMOs run portfolios of internal projects with capacity planning. Birdview also offers a separate PSA product for services billing, and Easy Projects has been in continuous development since the early 2000s.
