Targetprocess, now branded Apptio Targetprocess, is a Belarusian-founded enterprise agile planning platform built for organizations scaling agile across hundreds or thousands of teams using frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, and Spotify. It models portfolios, programs, value streams, epics, features, and stories with highly flexible visualizations including portfolio Kanban, dependency boards, roadmaps, and capacity planning. Targetprocess connects strategy to delivery by tying objectives and key results to backlog items and live execution data. Acquired by Apptio in 2021 and now part of IBM, it competes with Jira Align and Planview in large enterprises that need scaled agile reporting beyond what Jira alone provides.
