Studio Dumbar is a Dutch design agency founded in 1977 by Gert Dumbar, now headquartered in Rotterdam with studios in Amsterdam and Shanghai. Acquired by Dept in 2016 but operates under its own creative leadership. Specializes in brand identity, motion design, and sonic branding for the Dutch National Police, Dutch Railways, Instagram, Utah Jazz, Van Gogh Museum, and Amsterdam Sinfonietta. Runs DEMO, the world's largest design-in-motion festival.
