How can I manage my subscription

Learn how to manage, update, or cancel your AMW subscription through the billing portal, PayPal, or by contacting your account representative.

Depending on how your subscription was set up, there are a few ways to manage it. Find the section below that applies to you.

Credit Card Users

You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, and cancel renewals through the AMW Billing Portal at amworldgroup.com/billing.

1. Go to amworldgroup.com/billing and log in with the email address associated with your account.

2. Once logged in, you can view your active subscriptions, update your credit card on file, or cancel future renewals.

3. After making changes, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you do not have access or need help logging in, contact your account representative.

Pay Pal Users

If you paid via Pay Pal you can manage your subscription via your own Pay Pal account.

Go to Settings via the top right icon. Select Payments on the sub menu and manage automatic payments. Find the subscription you would like to cancel from the list. Click Cancel on the following page. Verify by checking your email confirmation.

Manual Invoices

For clients with invoices manually created by a team member, reach out to your representative in the campaign chat or contact info@amworldgroup.com.
