About RISE Conference
RISE is the Asian sister conference to Web Summit and Collision, run by the same Paddy Cosgrave-founded organization. After years in Hong Kong it relocated to Kuala Lumpur in 2024 and now draws roughly 15,000 founders, VCs, and corporate executives from across Southeast Asia, China, India, Japan, and Korea.
Programming covers the full APAC tech landscape — fintech, e-commerce, AI, gaming, climate — and the conference has become the most important annual checkpoint for cross-border deals and partnerships in the region.
