Full payment must be made before any campaign starts. Your campaign will not begin until payment is received.
TCPA Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and/or text messages from AMW Group Inc. regarding your inquiry, services, promotions, or other relevant business communications.
You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Software & Subscription Services
Some of what we offer is software, provided on a subscription basis (for example our CRM, Proposals, Funnels, ClientHub, and the AMW Suite). The following terms apply when you use our software, in addition to the rest of these Terms.
Licence and acceptable use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the software for your internal business purposes during your subscription term. You agree not to resell or sublicense the software, reverse-engineer or copy it, scrape or bulk-export data beyond normal use, circumvent usage or AI limits, or use it to build a competing product.
Your data and content. As between you and AMW, you own the data and content you put into the software. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and support the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to operate and improve our services.
Availability. The software is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular level, and we may perform maintenance or make changes from time to time.
AI output. Features that use artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or sending it.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account; using our services and software only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms; the accuracy of, and your right to use, any data or content you upload or send through the software; and obtaining any consents or permissions required for the contacts, recipients, and personal information you put into the software (including for any marketing, calls, or messages you send). You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation or security of the services.
Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Our website, services, and software rely on third-party providers and on integrations you choose to connect. We do not control those third parties, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, acts, omissions, changes, or discontinuation, or for any issue arising from a service or integration you choose to use. If a third party changes or stops a service we depend on, this may affect our services, and we are not liable for the resulting impact.
Recurring Subscription Payments
Some services and software offered by AMW Group Inc. require a subscription with recurring payments.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) until you cancel.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
All campaign fees are non-refundable once the campaign has started. If you cancel before the campaign starts, a partial refund may be issued minus a cancellation fee, subject to approval.
Subscription Management
For self-managed plans, you can manage or cancel your subscription via your client dashboard. For manually managed requests, please allow up to 3 business days for changes to take effect.
Campaign Suspension
If payment is not received by the deadline, the campaign or service may be suspended until payment is received. Once payment is received, service will resume, but the original timeline may be adjusted.
Conflicts and Undermining Activities
During your engagement with AMW Group Inc., you agree not to engage in any activity that conflicts with or undermines the services being provided, including:
• Engaging another agency or individual to perform similar services without prior written consent.
• Taking actions that contradict or interfere with the strategy, messaging, or campaigns being executed on your behalf.
• Publicly discrediting or misrepresenting the work being done by AMW Group Inc.
If such activities are discovered, AMW Group Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the engagement without refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services, termination of your account, and collection efforts for any amounts owed. AMW Group Inc. may dispute any chargeback it believes to be unjustified.
Copyrights and Trademarks
All intellectual property on this website is owned by AMW Group Inc. This does not affect your ownership of the data and content you put into our software, as described above.
Contributions to the Web Site
By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, or proposals ("Contributions") to AMW Group Inc. through this website, you acknowledge that we are under no obligation of confidentiality with respect to those Contributions. This does not apply to data and content you submit inside our software products, which is governed by "Software & Subscription Services" above.

Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform, or for any interruption of our services or software, caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include, for example, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, power or utility failures, internet or network outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks or other malicious acts, epidemics or pandemics, labour disputes, acts or restrictions of government, war, terrorism, or civil unrest. If such an event occurs, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida — except where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws in your place of residence give you rights that cannot be waived, in which case those rights are unaffected.
Changes to Terms
AMW Group Inc. may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below. Your continued use of our website, services, or software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
