Los Angeles, CA – July 23, 2013 – Singer-Songwriter and network engineer recording artist Melissa B. debuts her single to the world entitled Addicted. Fans across the globe have been anticipating the Electric Pop singer’s release and TODAY the anticipation is over.
Addicted, which is produced by the internationally known singer/songwriter/producer B. Howard, talks about Melissa B.’s love addiction. The new single is now available for download on Spotify, iTunes and Sound Cloud. The first single to be released off her forthcoming EP, Addicted offers a glimpse of great things to come from the promising powerhouse singer.
She’ll be performing the single tonight at the launch event for the new music app Stereotypes. Created for the YouTube generation, Stereotypes brings together the best of old-school and new-school MTV. Anyone can be a VJ and introduce music videos, and the videos they choose give unique insight into who they really are, the same way that new-school MTV’s reality programming gives viewers an insight into the personal lives of real people.
With Melissa B. being the new face of technology and activist for computer science, she was delighted at the opportunity to perform. “Stereotypes is a great way for anyone to tell their unique personal story using the music that moves them,” says Jason Keck, who led the business development team for popular music app, Shazam, and is one of the founders of Stereotypes, “Melissa B. has an amazing story to tell and we’re excited to feature her as a VJ in our new app and performer at our launch party.”
